LIBERATION!

So, I'm doing a bit of a school project. All responses will be kept completely anonymous (you can even post an anonymous comment if you'd like), but I really need to know what you wish you could be liberated from, or an experience where you felt liberated. Everything helps. :) The responses can be as serious or as silly as you'd like. Thanks so much! I really appreciate it!

I know you tagged me on Facebook.. but Whatever.. I felt incredibly liberated from school.. or hating it I guess when I got suspended... because i had a chance to think and refocus on what I truly love.. Which is cooking.. and I got to work on C-CAP .. so by"liberating" myself from AP CALC and BIO II I do what i love now.. :) hope it helps..

I would liberate myself from my terrible understanding of maps and sense of direction. To "liberate" myself from that, I just keep going out after consulting a map and hoping I get better at it SOON!

I felt liberated when my husband and I put together a cash budget. I know that sounds funny, because it seems like it would make you feel tied down to a certain amount of money to do stuff with, but it's awesome. Now I can save up my "fun fund" for as long as I want, and then when I get up to a decent amount, I can go blow it all in one night at the mall if I want and not feel guilty (I did that last night actually, it was a great time...). I take time to look at grocery ads, and we spend less money each month. It is good to spend less money but still feel like you're buying more because you actually see where your money goes and all purchases are thought out. It's hugely liberating. Another way I have felt liberated as a mother is by having many outlets and a husband who encourages and supports me in them. Being a wife and mom is always most important, but it's nice to have my online teaching, photography, and design to help my professional mind continue to expand and to get my mind outside my home once in awhile.

A few days ago, I would have said I want to be liberated of a pregnant body, but now I'd rather be liberated from the aftermath fat of a pregnant body and pain of labor and delivery. However, in the end it is totally worth it. He's adorable. Pics soon to come.
